TimeCentre
provides an application for Treo 700W
Handheld devices (as well as those from
other vendors that use the Pocket PC operating
system), which allows the handheld to
work as a data collection device. Collecting
data in the field has never been easier.
Track punch type, employee name, department,
job, and four additional levels of data.
The levels of data can be enabled independently,
so only those actually desired for use
are visible. Selections visible for each
level are downloaded from the TimeCentre
database through a direct connection,
a wireless connection or the celluar network.
